File Box Label Template

The template size is approximately 28.6cm in height and 4.1cm in width. The template is pre-set and can be directly modified for printing on A4 paper. Please refer to the attached image for the pasting style.

Please use PrintSpirit's free online printing tool, SpiritLabel, to print.

For offline use, please download the template and copy it to the labels directory in the PrintSpirit installation path.

If it does not meet your needs, you can edit and modify it yourself.

Before batch printing, please use Excel to prepare the data to be printed according to the following variables:

• Company Name: Note that it should not exceed 8 Chinese characters, otherwise it will not fit.
• Year
• File Identifier: For example, Daily Management, Meeting Records, Major Events Archives, Administrative Management, etc.
• Box Number

The following example prepares data for 5 labels, which can be printed online using SpiritLabel. Detailed operation

Since PrintSpirit supports automatic imposition, 5 labels can be printed on a single A4 sheet. Simply cut along the trim lines for use.
